Joining a food co-op

This past week I joined Karma Co-op. A food co-op in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By becoming a member of the co-op, you become a part owner and can shop there. Co-ops are great because they support local farmers as well as carry a large amount of organic produce which helps keep our planet green and healthy. I have shopped there twice this week and I love it. The vegetable and fruits are so fresh and tasty. I highly recommend checking out Karma Co-op if you are in Toronto or finding a local co-op in your area.
