Grief is your natural response to losing someone that you love. This loss can create fear regarding the changes that will occur as a result of this loss. Grief is complex, and with it, comes a variety of other feelings. You might feel sad, angry, anxious, nervous or you may experience pain. This is a normal and natural part of the process. 

It is important to take care of yourself during this time and to be gentle with yourself. To give yourself the time and the space that is required to heal.
