3 months ago, I made the decision to take the 7 day vegetarian challenge. Those 7 days have now turned into 3 months. I feel better. I have loads of energy. My digestion is better. I just feel great! Research is showing just how healthy a vegetarian diet can be. I don't see myself going back to eating meat anytime soon. Why would I when I feel so good.
Not only is eating vegetarian good for your health, but it is also good for the enviroment and the animals of this planet as well. Eating vegetarian reduces your carbon footprint on the planet and many of the slaughter houses abuse and mistreat animals. Most people who become vegetarian feel a sense of peace within them after switching to a vegetarian diet. You can get more information on becoming vegetarian at www.peta.com
