Biography

Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, and NLP have become my life's work for the past 16 years. I am passionate about empowering others on their journey of self-discovery and change. My vast life experience as well as working with thousands of individuals in my practice has given me the ability to connect with others quickly and compassionately.

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, NGH Certified Hypnotherapist, Master Hypnotherapist, Regression Hypnotherapist, NGH Certified Hypnosis Instructor, NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master, LBL Facilitator and PLR Facilitator with additional training in precision hypnosis. I also have training in EMDR Psychotherapy, Relational Somatic Psychotherapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I hold additional certifications in Diet and Nutrition, Human Health and Development and Global Health Issues. For 6 years I practiced at the Ontario Hypnosis Centre, clinic and school of Hypnosis and worked closely with Dr. Georgina Cannon, who I co-instructed the NGH certification course with. In July 2014 I received "pass the torch" instructor training with Dr. Georgina Cannon. This allows me to continue her work by teaching and instructing Past Life Regression, Life Between Lives and Energy Release. I also instructed courses in Pain Management, Rapid Inductions at the Ontario Hypnosis Centre and the smoking cessation program at the Learning Annex of Canada. My experience at OHC from 2002 to 2007, as a student, practitioner, instructor and facilitator gave me great knowledge of the mind-body connection and has motivated me to share the knowledge of the power of the mind with others through education, clinical work, and products. I also worked at Helix Healthcare Group, a clinic for mental health and addictions in Toronto for 3.5 years as a Registered Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist.

Since 2007 I have operated my own very successful practice in the heart of downtown Toronto. Recently the office has relocated to Davisville and Yonge Street in the beautiful Davisville Centre.

I have written and produced over 30 hypnosis cd's and mp3 programs which are available for download on this site. As a musician, I also record music for relaxation, meditation, and hypnosis, available on this site as well as iTunes. I was an active musician, actor, and performer in my youth which gave me some wonderful tools and knowledge.

I am often called upon by the media to discuss hypnosis and give demonstrations. I have been featured on CBC Television, Global national and local news, Elle Magazine, Fab Magazine, The Mike Bullard Show, That Channel, and Hello Magazine. I am a life coaching columnist for Alphas Digital Magazine. My podcast is listened to internationally and is available on Itunes.

I believe that everyone has answers, knowledge, and ability within to make quantum shifts in their life. I have made it my life's work to be a guide. To empower others to find their own answers and co-create the life that they desire.
